They took my number to call me, then advised again they can’t save tickets and no one will call me as I am in UK. I asked as a gesture of good will, seeing as it was impossible for me to pay the money via their website or via Apple Pay or telephone whether on this occasion seeing as we are travelling so far, If I could speak to a manager and organise for 3 tickets to be kept aside for our arrival. I asked if they could set aside 3 tickets for 28th Dec as we are coming a very long way from UK, and then driving from New York during the holiday period, I said I was concerned we would arrive and there be no tickets available. I asked if I could pay by phone and they said no. Explained multiple times that I had used several devices/several email address/several bank accounts to no avail and they said just turn up on the day and get the tickets. They advised not to use Apple Pay, or Klarna as this can cause problems, and to keep trying again tomorrow or to try from another laptop. This time I contact the virtual chat and explained the situation and that we are in UK and would like to book a dream pass for 28th Dec and that it would not work. A total of 3 different mobile devices, 4 accounts, 4 email addresses, 3 different bank accounts, 2 laptops, using a VPN and also incognito and still the same error messages. We contacted the customer service email as directed who said to try again the next day. ![]() My husband, on another computer and another bank card also tried to select and pay for the tickets but had the same issue. ![]() Called my bank and they said there was no problem and it would be the website. Tried again with a different card and same again. I made an account, selected the tickets and dates, input my card details to which the transaction was declined. Total cost $477 for 1 day, which is steep, but we thought it would be lovely for our 6 year old over the Xmas period. ![]() We are travelling to New York from the UK in Dec and wanted to book tickets for 3 of us to go to the theme park and water park with a ‘dream pass’.
